 Solution 1:Temporarily disable windows defender to fix Error Code 30010-4

  1. Click windows start button, type in Windows Security
  2. Open windows security window, Select Virus & threat in windows security window
  3. Select Manage settings, under the Virus & threat protection
  4. Switch Real-time protection to Off.
