I spent 12 years putting my body through the abuse of pro football then became a chiropractor (15 years and still going). I've always been a big "self-help" guy and got to speak at the Harvard Club and NASDAQ in NYC. It's exhausting just thinking about it! I've written 8 books on a variety of topics from stem cell therapies to concussions (experiencing several in my playing days). I've settled down in Boise, Idaho and currently work at Keystone physical Medicine.
