Kurt oversees the firm’s Best In Class Portfolios, managing $350 million in assets, while remaining actively involved in client planning and advisory support. A University of Kentucky finance graduate, Kurt began his career at 5/3 Bank before becoming an independent financial advisor. In 2003, he partnered with John Culpepper to form Creative Financial Group, allowing them to serve clients without sales quotas or product placement pressures. Kurt is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and prioritizes continuing education. Kurt has contributed to WIBC radio and appeared on ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. He is a sought-after speaker, having presented for organizations like INCPA, ITPA, and IACAC. Residing in Indianapolis with his wife, two children, and their dog, he enjoys Kentucky Wildcat football, hunting, fishing, and cooking.
