However, since DaaS requires no CapEx, the model makes it easier to dynamically scale operations. Hence, companies with fluctuating requirements or those anticipating sharp growth can opt for DaaS.
As a solution VDI is well positioned to be an important element as far as workplace of the future goes. Please bear in mind VDI is a software while DaaS is a service. While DaaS is a growing market (VDI has comparatively tapered growth rates) each model is more appropriate for some use cases than the other.
