What is the Keto Diet?

It decreases blood sugar and insulin levels while shifting the body’s metabolism from carbs to fat and ketones.

Keto diets depend on getting the body to switch from using glucose obtained from carbohydrates for energy, to ketones which are produced by the liver using stored fat.
This diet will more effective than normal diet, because it takes more calories to use fat for energy than it does to use carbs.

What foods include keto diet?

In keto diet include fish and seafood, meat and poultry, non-starchy vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini, avocados, berries, nuts and seeds, eggs, high-fat dairy products etc. These are low in carbs and appropriate for the keto diet. We dont include no vegetables, fruit, or grains.
