Have you ever looked at your baby and wondered if you’re doing everything you can to help them grow up healthy and strong? It’s a common thought for new parents, and trust me, you’re not alone.

As parents, we want the best for our little ones, and navigating through all the advice can be overwhelming. Here are seven key tips to help your baby grow and thrive.

Children’s health mostly depends upon the mother. If the mother’s healthy tummy will be healthy. But if you are worried about  the growth of your  children then I came up with the 7 tips for you to follow for the growth of your business.

You don’t need to go to the best hospitals in Pakistan, if your baby is not growing properly. You may connect to any of the children specialists through telehealth service.

Many parents are facing this issue but don’t worry every problem has a solution . Follow our below tips for better growth of your children.

1. Balanced Nutrition: The Building Block

As I remembered my grandmother used to say , “You are what you eat” always proves true. A Healthy diet is the building block for a healthy life. I always try to pay  attention to my grandmother’s words. Newly parents please you also need to give attention to your baby diet first.

If you are near a healthy diet then you will stay away from doctors. In the first six months breastfeeding is highly recommended because your baby could eat by himself, he/she will eat through breastfeed whatever her mother eats.

Last year, I worried because my baby was getting enough nutrients. I get telehealth service from Mash hospital Multan Consultant clinical nutritionist Mr. Hassan Ali. He prescribed that only your children balance nutrition, not perfection.

 2. Regular Check-ups: Keep an Eye on Growth

The  most important question arises that is “After how many days you take your baby to the doctor? As the baby is at a low age we have to take care of them. Parents, you need regular pediatric check-ups.

When I had a baby, the first time that I visited a pediatrician was only due to vaccines. This is only for the  sake of peace of mind,I treated the doctor as a patient as I had so many questions for him. Please you need to keep regular checkups on time.

3. Sleep: More Than Just a Nap

The most important step for the growth of your baby is its proper sleeping. You need to give a comfort room for sleeping where there is no disturbance. His/her nappy should be changed on time. You need to give your baby enough rest , because it’s very vital for their development.

When your baby is just born, you find it difficult to understand their routine of sleeping. He/she starts crying any time. So. As days go by, you will find out their rhythm that worked for all of us.

4. Physical Activity: Moving and Grooving

Even babies need exercise. Simple activities like tummy time help strengthen their muscles and encourage motor skills development.

As every human should do exorcism to live healthy throughout life. So, babies also need exercise, which means simple activities ranging from one room to another. His trying run towards toys will definitely help children to grow.

Especially their muscles growth due to health activities. We need to give time to them and we should play simple activities with them for their healthy life and strong muscles.

I often used to put my watch mat on the floor, as I wanted him to lift their head. These little efforts help him roll over, then crawl on the mat. It’s very healthy for  him. If you do these little exercises you need not go to hospital in pakistan because your baby is fit. Say “MaSha Allah”.

5. Mental Stimulation: Learning Through Play

We learn from our experience or whatever we see in front of us. The same children’s  engagement with toys, books and puzzle activities will definitely stimulate their minds. These activities make them strong mentally.

Please try to read in front of your child. Or you may do creative activities like painting so that next time he will come with the book and paint color to you and it’s a joyful way to bond and learn.

6. Emotional Bonding: Love and Security

A Parent’s voice, especially a mother’s voice, presence means the whole world to your baby. If you  are near your baby it means you are providing them a secure and safe environment. Which will help them to grow stressless.

Bonding at childhood will grow with a baby which will help you when you will be aged. So love your children and prevent them from germs for that purpose, please stay away from hospitals in Pakistan.

7. Hygiene: Keeping Clean and Healthy

Mothers’ responsibilities are many for their  children. Mothers should take care of their children’s health and cleanliness. A question arises, how often should you bathe your baby? Keeping your baby clean is important but there  should also be balance.

As a mother I suggest you please give your baby a bath once a day. It will help him to grow healthy.

Final Words:

If your baby is healthy then it’s a joyful moment. But raising a healthy baby is challenging and has countless learning moments. Parents should need to give a balanced diet, try to arrange regular checkups, and adequate sleep. Physical activity with your baby will also be vital for mental stimulation and emotional bonding.

Give your baby daily baths because you are setting the stage for your baby to grow and thrive.
