With an aim to prepare female students for the challenges of the job market,  Career Resource Centre (CRC) of Apeejay Stya University (ASU), in collaboration with Naandi Foundation and Mahindra & Mahindra organised a CSR initiative ‘Mahindra Pride Classroom’.

This was a 6-day employability skills training programme for Apeejay’s female students, which aimed to equip students with vital skills for better career prospects and future success.

The goal was to help students develop an identity and improve their self-esteem; manage emotions and overcome obstacles; build relationships and polish their interpersonal skills; enhance and improve employability skills as well as improve personal and professional effectiveness.

The training was led by Mr. Sudeep Ghosh, an International Certified Career Coach and Soft Skill Trainer with over 17 years of experience. He guided the students through engaging sessions on body language, career planning, professional ethics, digital identity, and problem-solving skills. His vast expertise and interactive methods left a lasting impact on our students.

During the programme, students from all schools at ASU participated, learning a variety of essential skills including professional communication, interview techniques, critical thinking, and more.
