Weight loss through yoga

As we know weight gain is not happening in 1–2 months(except some medical conditions) , so to reduce weight we have to become patient and go slowly, then weight loss is absolutely possible.
I have taken one weight loss program couple of months back this awesome link which is really amazing. I lose 7kgs in 2and 1/2 months and more to go. But what I feel in this weight loss journey that its not only about physical excercises or asanas but our lifestyle modification and disiplined routine is also played a vital role in this journey. Because of our fast paced lifestyle sometime we forgot to take food because of work pressure , take too much stress , work whole night, take coffee or tea anytime and so on. With all these challenges in life , if we will priortise our health above all and take small steps towards diciplined routine +proper diet +excercises/asana etc then we will definitely achieve our goal.
In yoga initially , we will start with sukshma vyayam (joint mobility excercises) then stula vyayam/sun salutation with proper breathing  and savasan and QRT( quick relaxation technique). After that pranayamas play a vital role to regulate our breathing pattern day to day life.
