We may know them, we are on them, and we may help them to raise. Happy National Women’s Day! I stand on women’s solidarity, protect livelihoods, and support movements for gender equality, everywhere.
It’s that time of the year again—time to celebrate all our incredible women leaders around the world – I bow to you ‘as unique as you are!’.
International Women’s Day (IWD) has been around since 1977, with its beginning going back to the early 20th-century labor movements, where women were moulded against the rigid male-dominated norms and stood on perpetuated gender equality.
This year’s International Women’s Day theme is ‘For ALL women: Equal Rights. Equal Social Equity. Equal Empowerment,’ reminds us of divine strength, grace, and determination in their respective achievements in all paths of life.
Similarly, the International Day of Women and Girls in Science took place recently and celebrated its 10th anniversary on 11 February 2025. The day reminds us of “the considerable role of women playing in science and technology”. A UN General Assembly resolution was passed this day was ‘Unpacking STEM careers: Her voice in science’, on December 22, 2015.
So, I believe International Women’s Day 2025 oughtn’t to be one day in the year. When we celebrate women’s achievements and their contributions to social prosperity, economic growth, cultural and political achievements, it should be a month-long festival for all the phenomenal women who built a better world with their compassion, dedication, power, and resilience. So, how can we keep the carnival of women’s empowerment going strong throughout March? What activities do we follow?
It’s really pretty simple. Give women a chance to flourish. Be mindful of their opportunities, it shouldn’t be gender-specific bias.
If for one second you are considering gender when making opportunities, then do that right now, because empowering women is to pamper women’s ability for their extremely pervasive ideas and allow them to make strategic life choices that were denied to them in the past.
After all, everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation, must have a chance to excel and contribute to society. Gender should never limit anyone’s future, and it’s very important to break those barriers to ensure an inclusive society for all.
As I have seen many progresses in the growth of women as of in leadership roles in male-dominated industries, the gender pay gap should be void for a significant development of society. The current pay gap still exists as close as around 14.3%, and it disheartens me to know it may take another 20 years to close this gap entirely.
Women are Breaking Societal Stereotypes!
Let’s take the example of a Harvard graduate and PhD holder from the Warburg Institute (University of London) -Professor Evelyn Welch, as she was a former Senior Vice-President Service and People & Planning at KCL. As she told on International Women’s Day 2023. This platform has given an opportunity to cultivate a more inclusive world and demolish gender inequality everywhere.
Another incredible woman, Yasmin Jones – by profession a Software Developer, she studied forensic science, but her analysing skills, well-rounded thinking, accuracy, and consistency made her a wonderful conquerer and great employee of Justice Digital.
Abby Wade – a wonderful HEO Operations and Delivery Support officer at Justice Digital. She started her career as a floor pub woman at her age of 16, and after 5 years, she was promoted to a management position. And her exponential skills took her to appraisals at Sheffield Studio as a Civil Service Officer.
Ms. Koplovitz is the founder and former CEO of the multi-billion-dollar USA Networks. After 21 years, Ms. Koplovitz sold the network in 1998 for $4.5 billion. Her clear vision as a founder of USA Networks established cable’s licensing and advertising model.
So, these are a few examples of a strong foundation of womanhood. Women have to be judged on their merits, not to be held up by outdated stereotypes that underestimate their worth and potential gifts.
Women’s Equality Sets the Stage for a More Prosperous and Equitable Society
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, let’s commit to the society to uplift women to accelerate progress, and this shall continue year by year.
As the world becomes more mobile to us and advanced technology very inaccurately connects our ability to explore in different dimensions. Now, everywhere, women are incredibly taking to lead in various fields.

Her exploration of iconic places like Niagara Falls and her attend at prestigious events like Royal Ascot, where she captures the heart of her adventures, these definitely keep our living dreams alive to go anywhere.
One such woman creating sensations is Becca Watson, a popular British YouTuber known for her wellness and lifestyle content. Her right moves and health recipe guides give us the right direction to achieve good health and fitness. As a health influencer or fitness devotee, her topics include productivity, family life, and new experiences. Becca’s passion scorches through in the cinematic allure of her content.
