●     1 teaspoon garam masala

●     1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes

●     1 cup heavy cream

●     Salt and sugar to taste

●     Fresh cilantro (Coriander Leave), chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken:

●     In a bowl, mix together all the marinade ingredients. Add chicken pieces, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

2. Cook the Chicken:

●     Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
