Hamari Pahchan, is a Delhi based NGO that puts forth a platform to aid the marginalized of our society .Mr. Tarun Mathur is the founder of Hamari Pahchan. He is a renowned international chess player and a widely-respected government officer at Air India. We at our NGO provide various opportunities to underprivileged people so they can create their own Pahchan (identity). We work on multiple initiatives including Sukhad — to ensure menstrual hygiene, Drishti — to ensure education for the underprivileged and the skill development project which helps underprivileged women stand on their own feet.Since its inception in 2015, we have helped educate 11250+ children, help 2000+ women with employment opportunities, distributed 10,000+ menstrual hygiene kits and 1500+ corona kits.

I am currently doing Social Entrepreneurship Internship at Hamari Pahchan NGO. I am working for the cause Education for all-To bridge the gap between privileged and underprivileged children. education has the power to change your entire life. Learning changes your thinking capabilities and perception. Due to poverty, people sometimes stop their education as they cannot complete it.
